Are 3rd party collections possible - ie person A deposits baggage
and person B collects?
No. This can only happen if the depositor hands the ORIGINAL TICKET
to the collector. Items cannot be collected without the original
receipt ticket received by the depositor from us at the time of
deposit.

Yes, extra fees will be added, depending on where the transfer
is. Storage will continue to be charged during the time that the
baggage remains in store with us.

What are your opening times?
Please see the locations section in this website on this. Generally
units operate 7 days per week and some units are open on Christmas
Day and New Years Day. Please ensure that you check our opening
times carefully for current opening and closing time revisions.
Baggage will under no circumstances be released outside the published
opening hours.

What is the cost?

£8.00 per item per day in London and £7.00 per item outside London.

Are there lockers or is it a manned over the counter facility
with xray security?
Due to security and operational restrictions, no luggage lockers
are available in the UK.
All units are manned, and all baggage received will be security
screened as per the National Rail Security programme; (or in airports
as per the Aviation and Maritime Security Act 1990). You may be
requested to open your baggage for mandatory handsearch as per
the above regulations. Failure to accede to the stringent security
requirements will result in your baggage being refused for storage,
and further action may be taken including referral to the Police
and/or Security authorities.

What happens if I lose my ticket/receipt?
There is a Lost ticket fee charge of £15.00 to cover our administration
costs, and time in dealing with this. You will be required to
show appropriate identification, and you must be able to detail
the contents of the baggage; both, to our complete satisfaction.
You will be required to sign an indemnifier, and copies will
be taken of the documentation supplied.

What happens if my baggage sustains damage whilst in storage?
This is extremely unlikely as we only place your baggage on to
storage racks. Baggage that is found to be damaged on receipt
by our staff, may or may not be accepted for storage. Damaged
bags may be noted at the time of receipt.
We may specifically exclude our liability on bags which are unsuitable,
overweight, unsafe, or previously damaged in anyway. We will not
be liable for damage to baggage stored which is in excess of the
EU recommended safety weight of 32kg (66lbs). Our liability, in
any event, for loss, theft or damage occasioned to baggage in
storage or transit from storage is limited to £200 per transaction.

Do we need to book before depositing our luggage, in case there
is no space?
No, there is always space for our customers. We operate a large
number of baggage storage facilities both in London and nationwide.
In the extrmely unlikely event of any one units being full, we
are always able to refer baggage to the next available storage
location.
